Air Fryer Pull-Apart Cheese Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Italian bread or baguette
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Bread:
- Slice the loaf of bread into horizontal strips, about 1-inch wide, but don’t cut all the way through the bottom, leaving the base intact. Then, slice vertically to create a grid pattern.
- Make the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and garlic powder (if using). Stir to combine.
- Assemble the Bread:
- Carefully brush the garlic butter mixture between the slices of bread, making sure to get it into all the cracks. You can use a spoon to help with spreading.
- Add the Cheese:
- Stuff the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese between the slices of bread, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Air Fry the Bread:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the prepared bread in the air fryer basket or tray. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Remove the bread from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute before serving. You can drizzle any leftover garlic butter on top for extra flavor.
